Aus der Casting-Show an die Schwelle. Theoretisierungen politischer Handlungsfähigkeit in der Postdemokratie in Raul Zeliks Roman "Der Eindringling"

Die Rückgewinnung politischer Handlungsfähigkeit gehört zu den zentralen Aspekten gegenwärtiger Theoretisierungen von Postdemokratie. Der Beitrag diskutiert diese Frage mithilfe einer Lektüre von Raul Zeliks Roman Der Eindringling (2012) und untersucht, wie dieser Text – anhand des Themas aktueller „postpolitischer“ Jugend- und Popkulturen – Narrative fehlender Handlungsfähigkeit modifiziert. Der Aufsatz fokussiert dabei auf die Metapher der Schwelle, einen Begriff, den Zelik auch in nicht-fiktionalen Texten verwendet, um emanzipative Perspektiven zu theoretisieren. Im Eindringling wird er als Schritt aus „hermetischen“ Verhältnissen mit der Erzählung von Subjektivierung, sinnlicher Erfahrung und politischer Emotion, als Voraussetzung kollektiver Praxis, verknüpft. Neben dem spezifischen postdemokratischen „Problemhorizont“ wird damit allgemeiner nach dem produktiven Beitrag von fiktionalen Narrativen für politische Theorie gefragt.Downloads
